Your safety is our number one priority. Here are some of the new safety measure that we are implementing in line with HSE and WHO guidelines:
- Staff temperature taken prior to each shift to ensure no COVID-19 symptoms
- Staff wearing PPE for your additional safety
- Re-organised public areas to ensure social distancing
- Staff hand-washing protocol increased; staff will wash their hands thoroughly at least once every 30 minutes
- Increase in disinfecting public areas, especially on regularly touched surfaces like door handles
- Fully sanitised room on arrival
- Rooms aired between guests
- Protective screens in some areas of the hotels where there is face-to-face contact
- Enhanced protocol for sanitisation of tables between guests
- Tables separated further to maintain social distancing
- Enhanced protocols for ordering and serving of food and drinks
